Oil and Gas Reserve Estimates

The calculations of original in place volumes of oil, gas, and condensate are done by summing up the hydrocarbon pore volume for each grid cell obeying the criteria set forth in the Reservoir Analysis Tools dialog box in the visualization program. The original in place volumes of oil, gas, and condensate are determined from the simulated reservoir fluid compositions and flash Rachford-Rice functions (Barrufet, 2003).
